InterVarsity at StanfordOur vision is to Grow the Family of God at Stanford! We are a fellowship of people from a diversity of both cultural and spiritual backgrounds who come together out of our common love for God. We want to grow in knowing God and one another more deeply as we also invite more people to be adopted into God's Family. We are passionate about prayer, studying the scripture, justice, and racial reconciliation. Whether you have been a follower of Jesus for many years or are simply interested in exploring the Christian faith we welcome you.
But don't just read about us; the best way to get to know us is to come to Large Group (our weekly community gathering) for a time of musical worship, prayer and biblical teaching that is relevant to our lives as college students. For Spring Quarter 2020, we have moved LG to Zoom! Also, consider becoming part of a Family Group Bible Study where you can get to know people more intimately, take time to look at passages from the Bible, and discuss their original meaning and their relevance for us today. These will also be meeting on Zoom during the coronavirus crisis. Finally, we are holding ongoing, online spaces for prayer, discipleship, and community hangouts.
